How and When SonicMESSENGER Uses Your Device’s Microphone

At SonicMESSENGER, we prioritize your privacy. Here’s how our app interacts with your device’s microphone:

1. Microphone Activation: The microphone starts detecting "SonicTones™" when you launch the app. You can adjust the settings to manually control when the microphone begins to detect sound.

2. About SonicTones™: SonicTones™ are inaudible frequencies that carry encrypted messages. These messages are decoded on your device and displayed as notifications. Importantly, this process does not use data from your mobile plan.

3. Detection Mode: When the microphone is in detection mode, it only listens for these inaudible frequencies in real-time. We do not record, store, or monitor any environmental audio or conversations. Your private data remains private, as we do not collect any identifying information about you.
